Agra Fort Railway Station

Agra Fort Railway Station is the first Railway Station in Agra which is also the one of the oldest Railway Station in the country. It is built in true British style.

Jama Masjid

Jama Masjid is the one of the biggest mosque in Agra. It was built by the Shah Jahan’s favorite daughter, Jahanara Begum in 1648. This beautiful mosque has an impressive architecture and intricate details. Take a moment to appreciate the grandeur of this mosque before we move on and here you will learn about Islam religion and Mughal history.

Chimman Lal Poori Wala

Next, you will stop at Chimman Lal Poori Wala. It is about 185-year old local sweet shop where you can not only see various sweets being made but also sample them.

Mankameshwar Temple (Lord Shiva Temple)

Mankameshwar temple is one of the ancient temples, dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is said that the Shivlinga covered by the silver metal was founded by lord Shiva himself during Dwapara era, when Krishna was born in Mathura. For child Krishna darshan Shiva arrived from mount kailash and rested here.
This ancient temple holds great religious significance and is believed to fulfill the wishes of devotees who visit with a pure heart. Take a moment to soak in the peaceful ambiance and marvel at the beautiful architecture. You are welcome to enter the temple and see devotees going about prayer regimes.
After this the tour explores a local wholesale market where the guide explains the various wares on sale on how Indian markets are so much different from organized retail in most western countries.

Rawat Para (Spice Market)

Next, your tour will take you to the Rawat Para Spice market.
Rawat Para is one of the oldest localities of the historic city of Agra. Most of the shops there are very old; some have been there since the Mughal period. Over the years the place has assumed a new identity as a wholesale market for grains, pulses, spices etc.
This bustling market is renowned for its aromatic spices, herbs and local produce. The vibrant colors, fragrant smells and lively atmosphere make it a truly immersive experience.

Kinari Bazaar (Brocade border/Jewelers Market)

Next, we will visit Kinari Bazaar, this is the old market of Agra where sellers used to sale Kinari (brocade border) of sari and ladies dresses in Gold and Silver. Now they make and sell Gold and silver jewelry but market still known as Kinari Bazaar.

This lively street is lined with shops selling traditional Indian clothes, jewelry, handicrafts and much more. Feel free to explore for souvenirs.

Local Food Taste

Now its time to taste or sample some delicious street food.

Rickshaw Ride/Tuk-Tuk

After food tasting we will take Rickshaw ride or Tuk-Tuk back to our car.

Drive back to the Hotel

Rickshaw drop us back to our car, and you will drive back to Hotel.
